Yes, but currently only for "general support". The bug report 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=340676 acts as a collection point for all 
missing stuff. Please file new bug reports for anything that is missing or 
broken, and add this bug number in the "blocks" field of the new bugs.
