kcharselect frameworks status

Hi,

KCharSelect application is a simple wrapper around KCharSelect class 
in KWidgetsAddons, and has been ported to KF5 in frameworks branch 
(free of kdelibs4support).

We need a decision until 29th October, if we merge this into master 
branch for 14.12 release in December. Given the size of this 
application, I am sure we can resolve any upcoming porting issues in 
time until final release.
