KWallet maintainership

Hello,

As per my last mail with Michael Leupold, the current maintainer of KWallet, 
we agreed that I should became the new "official" maintainer of KWallet. I 
suppose that the information on projects.kde.org and bugs.kde.org should be 
updated. Should I file a bug to sysadmin?

I also update the information in the about dialog (the sources).
