[PATCHES] Remove some content from the utils.kde.org website

Hey there, Friedrich (and kdeutils),

The following three patches remove some outdated content from utils.kde.org:

 * The first one removes the commented out code in most pages where there
   should be an application screenshot;
 * The second one removes Okteta from the website, as it is now in a different
   module;
 * The third one removes the kdessh page, which was already not being linked
   anywhere.

I decided to send these for review first mostly because you might want to save
the Okteta pages elsewhere first.
