kgpg patch: added 'key usage' field

All:

I'm not a KDE dev or anything, but I wanted to email you a patch for kgpg to
see whether you would upload it for me or not.

Function:
The attached patch has 2 functions
1) Updated KgpgInfoDialog to a .ui file for easy editing of the interface.
2) Adds a "Usage" field to the KgpgInfoDialog representing the key usage
(the 12th field of --list-keys --with-colons). This field tells you whether
a key or subkey is used for encryption, signing, certification, or
authentication.
