Unmaintained apps' bugs

Not that this makes much difference, but I changed the default
assignee to unassigned-bugs at kde.org and reassigned all open bugs in
kdf to there aswell, due to a request from the former maintainer to
stop him getting emails about kdf bugs.

If you would prefer to have the bugs assigned somewhere else though,
this is no problem for me to change.
