Ark and KWalletManager: Please update the info in the feature plan for 4.2

Hi Harald and Michael,

the feature plan for 4.2* is to be cleaned up and unfinished entries to be 
moved to the one for 4.3. For Ark and KWalletManager there are some entries 
still in the state of TODO and WIP. Could you please see if they are done or 
have to be moved to 4.3?
