Submitting a patch for kdf/KwikDisk...

Hello,

I made some changes to kdf, and I was wondering how to submit the patch.

I made it possible to set icons for devices manually (It didn't work before 
because it wanted icons to end with _mount/_unmount). In the process, I also 
redid the configuration interface with Qt Designer.

Since kdeutils does not have a Review Board, what's the best way to submit the 
patch so that someone looks at it?
