kdeutils oxygen icons

Hi again,

on creating our wiki project-page I found out that some of kdeutils' finest 
seem to be missing "proper" oxygen icons. If your pet project is still in 
need of one for the 4.1 release, you can get one by applying on 
http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Oxygen/Missing_Icons (and probably bugging 
#oxygen people :)).

If you want I can take care of it, putting all the program icons still needed 
on the page - unless you think that's something everyone should take care of 
for himself. Just drop me a note if you think I shouldn't.
