wallet syncing myth debunked (?)

Hi everyone,

I did some investigations on the "saving the wallet on adding a new entry 
incurs a major overhead" myth. Seems this is debunked so I can concentrate on 
other things rather than implementing some workaround.

I put all of this on an extra page on techbase:

I'd appreciate comments if you think what I did was correct.
