Bumping the version numbers for the 4.1 release

Please add:
kgpg: 2.0.0, 2.1.0

The link is also fine with me.

For the changelog 
(trunk/www/sites/www/announcements/changelogs/changelog_branch_4_1.xml) you 
could also add all application names and the links to their respective pages. 
All maintainers should have a look there to add also a list of cool new 
features to that file so it get's incorporated into the 4.1.0 changelog.

How can we get rid of http://developer.kde.org/~kgpg btw? This thing is way 
outdated.
