Hi,

some last minute preparations for the 4.1 release:
Programs and libs should get new version numbers, so they can be identified
properly.

Currently these are the version numbers from 4.0 and 4.1:
ark: 2.9.999 -> 2.9.999
kerfuffle (ark): GENERIC_LIB_VERSION, GENERIC_LIB_SOVERSION -> (same)
kcalc: 2.2 -> 2.2
kcharselect: v1.2 -> v1.2
kdessh: KDE_VERSION_STRING -> KDE_VERSION_STRING
kdf: v0.5 -> v0.5
kfloppy: KDE_VERSION_STRING -> KDE_VERSION_STRING
kgpg: 1.7.3 -> 1.9.3
ktimer: v0.1 -> v0.1
kwallet: 1.1 -> 1.1
okteta: n.e. -> 0.1.0
okteta libs: GENERIC_LIB_VERSION, GENERIC_LIB_SOVERSION -> (same)
printer-applet: (older version?) -> 1.0
superkaramba: 0.50 -> 0.50
sweeper: 1.0 -> 1.0

Regarding libraries, besides kerfuffle (from Ark) and the Okteta libs there
are no further ones which need to be checked for versioning, right?

IMHO all programs should have at least get the minor version number increased
by one on a minor new KDE release, even if there are no new features.
Reasoning:
a) Dependencies have changed (kde(pim)libs of same release), new translations
b) bug reports use version number of program and not the KDE release
c) using KDE_VERSION_STRING and GENERIC_LIB_*VERSION has that effect, too.
Agreed?

So unless further replies from the respective maintainers I will commit the
following new version numbers on monday evening CET:

(program): (4.1 branch), (trunk)
ark: 2.10.999, 2.11.999
kcalc: 2.3, 2.4
kcharselect: 2.3, 2.4
kdf: 0.6, 0.7
ktimer: 0.2, 0.3
kwallet: 1.2, 1.3
superkaramba: 0.51, 0.52
sweeper: 1.1, 1.2

Cheers
Friedrich
