kcalc functions

I've removed some long double macros from kcalc. They were either superfluous 
or being used incorrectly. If anyone a bit better than math then can double 
check that kcalc still has the usual level of accuracy, I would greatly 
appreciate it.

I've got it on my TODO list to add some better unit tests to kcalc

p.s. Also, I notice that there's still a configure.in.in file still in the 
repository. Is it safe to remove this? Not every test has been converted to 
cmake.
