NWI - FAI for non-root containers

Hi,

  It appears it would be better to write summary as we talk, because 
after a time I don't remember everything. Lesson learned ;-)

  Ok, about FAI -- floating mode. This is possible for root container 
(desktop) for sure. Is it allowed for non-root containers. So user 
could for example create GAI, "convert" it to FAI, and then back to 
GAI.
