per URL view of settings

I run Konqueror with java/javascript/cookies enabled on a per URL basis.
On those occasions when I need to enable those features for a particular
URL, it would be very convenient if all three of those settings could
be updated on a single form instead of having to access three different
forms (one for java, one for javascript, and one for cookies).
Is there any way to do that in kde?
