We are currently rewriting the Human Interface Guidelines (including
usability and accessibility). In Malaga, we've agreed that we'll
concentrate on the major topics, so we'll try to publish it ASAP. They
will be in the known KDE docbook style, and we'll link to them from the
developers area (and many other locations). However, it will take a
while :-|

What to do in between? Anyone out here who can tell what those documents
are about and if they should be there?
