I think we should adjust the structure of the Menus and the Toolbars
section to each other. Any preferences?

Otherwise I'll move the current contents of 'The Toolbar' to 'Designing
Toolbars' (corresponds 'Designing Menus'), and remove the first section
'The Toolbar'. The chapter structure would then be:

Toolbars
	Types of Toolbars and When to Use Them
	Designing Toolbars
	Toolbar Controls
	Standard Toolbar Menus

If you prefer another structure or other headings, let me know.
