Which notes?
I only know of this stuff:

Well; I'd like to know what you want to write under these headings since I 
don't want you to spend a lot of time writing about horizontal and bottom 
toolbars when we can't use the proposal since the widgetset does not 
allow for it.

Hmm?
I don't follow you.
The heading (not header)  "Vertical Toolbars"
is not visible elsewhere in the hig. As I said above. So I am thinking we 
are talking about different things here..
