Hi Ellen.

These are not standard toolbars; everyone just does something.  Various 
apps indeed have a file toolbar, but even that is far from consistent.

I think we should just create some text that we can discuss later based on 
our usability knowledge after which we discuss it.
That; or copy what mac does, but I don't particularly like to have just 
one toolbar :-)
