usability faq

Hi all..

Im going through the Project FAQ, and noticed the section "How can I get involved and contribute to the project?" (has no text) and "OK, I am hooked.. how do I get started?" (contents describe how do get involved) are virtually the same topic.  unless someone has a specific reason for this, im going to ommit one of these sections.
