Apology error messages

Hi.

I am not sure if this is the right mailing list for making this suggestion, so 
sorry if not.

OK. Now comes my, maybe a bit confusing, suggestion:

I read some days ago in the local newspaper something of a examination. The 
examination were two different computer games, which both had lots of error 
messages in them. One were standard error messages, and in the other there 
were error messages with apologies, such as "We are sorry for this error" or 
something. The result was, the people who played the game with the apologies 
liked it a lot more then the others with the normal error messages. 

I hope you see what I mean, and what discussion I want to start. I am sorry I 
have no sources because there were no sources printed in the newspaper, and 
the newspaper even doesn t have a homepage.
