Seems they didn't update their by-laws. I thought I remembered they had
a fee but figured it'd be in their by-laws page if anywhere.

The other key thing on that page is that they have a 4.5% credit card
processing fee. That's super high. If the donations are large enough it
would be cheaper to have someone use e.g. Square or Paypal to give money
to an official KDE contact, who would then cut a check.

Anyways, the SFC cut is (I think) 10%. I think Claudia has had more
recent contact with Brad than I have, and last I spoke to Brad about it
they weren't sure. (I tried to convince him that 9% sounds a lot nicer
than double digits.)

So the actual cost of the extra SFC bits is something like 5%, not 10%,
since SPI would take 5% anyways. Narrows the gap a bit. I know that
doesn't make the decision easier on the Board.
