The upgrade on systems with fglrx installed seems to fail. But I don't believe 
in updates shipped by Ubuntu. Just look on bug report called "kwin-intel". All 
the duplicates going in were from Ubuntu - the issue was fixed in the upstream 
software at that point of time. I have lost any hope that the situation could 
improve.
