Forwarding the mail I sent to Aurélien because my stupid email client
doesn't realise this is a mailing list when I hit "reply".

I would add it to the shared list, but don't make it appear in
everybody's footer unless they select to see it it themselves.

Bugs on a mailing list (IMHO) destroy a ML. I don't want it to drown
out the other important discussions like this one. So I vote no.

Alternatives are:
 - Create a "fake" bugzilla user, and set that as the default asignee.
Then anyone who wants to follow these bugs goes to
https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email and adds this account to
their "user watching".

 - Create a new ML

 - Not have emails.

The people who need this bug list, aren't the people managing the
"Extra Mile Initiative" but the (hopefully) many people taking part
fixing them. So we need to have better alternative ways to list these
anyway. Such as the wiki or RSS.

I would consider a dot article as well. Maybe after it gets going a
bit. Not so much when we're reporting extra mile bugs, but when we're
on the phase of encouraging (and working ourselves) on getting
everyone to fix them.
