ktp-call-ui frameworks merged.

Hello,

It's been a long time since I've had time, but I just merged all the work 
Niels Ole Salscheider did to port ktp-call-ui to KF5 to the master branch.

Both master and frameworks branches build on Debian testing.

I had some problems with sound that are probably issues with my SIP server 
configuration, also the hangup button didn't work with the SIP test call I 
used.

Time for more testing.
