Port complete \o/

Hey all,

I just finished the last bits of KF5/Qt5 porting. Everything is now
kdelibs4support free and we need to test things.

So please go ahead, build the master branches of things and please
report any porting breakages, crashes and bugs.

I've created a special version in bugzilla, "frameworks", so please
file any porting bugs to that version. Don't report to me on irc, I forget
:)

Our release target is at this point Plasma 5.3, so sometime in/before
April, with beta about a month before.
