Errors in setting up development environment of Telepathy

Thanks David. After configuring kdesrc-bashrc, it successfully built
telepathyqt. When I tried to install it using cmake, I got errors. Here is
log:http://pastebin.com/SUaRmApp  I suspect solution to this might be
straight forward, I don't know how to deal with it.
