Errors in setting up development environment of Telepathy

Hello All,
I'm using Ubuntu 13.10. I'm trying to set up Telepathy development
enviroment. Here is information about Qt version.

 'qmake --version' produces
*QMake version 3.0*
*Using Qt version 5.0.2 in /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu*
And
'pkg-config --modversion QtCore' produces
*4.8.4*

I'm following article for setting up development environment for
kde-telepathy: https://community.kde.org/KTp/Getting_Set_Up
Neither install.sh script nor kdesrc-build are able to build telepathy.
