ktp-call-ui gst-1.0-port fixes

Hi,

I extracted a few fixes for ktp-call-ui with gstreamer 1.0 from my attempt to 
wrap telepathy-farstream branch for submission to the gst-1.0-port branch.

Update cmake to look for farstream 0.2

videomaxrate seems to have been generalized into videorate.

Review board didn't seem to offer a way to say the patch was for a branch.

Does anyone want to review those patches and when should I send them to the 
kde hosted gst-1.0-port branch?
