ktp-call-ui progress

I now have a successfully built ktp-call-ui.

lddtree shows it's all gstreamer0.10 free, and loading the newer farstream \o/

I also get no video when I called myself. I'm not sure if that's
because of my webcam being in use by the other instance of the call-ui
or whether tf-video-content-handler needs some updating with sink
names. It will be good if someone else can get things set up so we can
test?
