libkpeople license inconsistencies

Hi.

My Debian sponsor, Lisandro Damián Nicanor Pérez Meyer, noticed that some of 
the libkpeople files were licensed as GPL-2+ (with the needs KDE.e.V. approval 
rider). I collected the list

Most of the rest of the library is licensed LGPL-2.1+. It might be nice if 
libkpeople was just under one license.

(For your convienence, here's the list of which files were GPL-2+)
