Description

This patch reorganizes the menu in text-ui. It removes "File" menu and instead adds "Conversation" menu, and moves some actions from "Actions" menu to the "Conversation" menu (because they are not really actions, but they are related to the current conversation).

And it adds an icon to "Contact info" action, because it looks ugly without one.
