KXMLGUI KActions issue and crash

Hi all,

I'm having some problems with some XMLGUI for the text-ui kpart port,
specifically regarding childClients. I'm attempting to remove and add
kactions for each tab of text-ui
upon tab change, but it doesn't remove the previous actions correctly. As
well, after adding a third contact tab, it crashes (backtrace:
http://pastebin.kde.org/plzkymuby).

The current problematic code is on the kpart branch of ktp-text-ui.

Any help would be appreciated!
