Description

Sort filtering plugins by X-KDE-PluginInfo-Weight

This fixes two bugs in the text-ui filters.
Requires additional patch in the text-ui plugins to set the ordering.

Most plugins will run with a weight of 100, anything less will run earlier, anything bigger will be run at the end.
