Could you pint me when this code is ready for merge.

AFAIK, all that needs doing is removing the polish documentation, and
moving the Declarative folder
It doesn't need to be finished, it just needs to not have stuff we're
going to immediately delete.. because that would be pointless.

Also I have started on a IdentifyProxyModel around ContactsListModel
that provides two new roles:
 - Whether or not there is an active text chat open
 - The number of unread messages

This is written in a way that it can be used by the main contact list,
as well as the contact list applet and of course ktp-active. This is
something that I think was in the active designs and something I've
wanted for ages.
It relies on my model branch being merged, so we need to get that done soonish.
