0.6-beta milestone

There is now a 0.6-beta milestone.

If on the 5th of March there is any bug still open with this milestone we
will delay the beta and therefore we will not be in Kubuntu 13.04.
Therefore it should be only applied to really bad bugs that we can't afford
to release with that we need to make sure we get fixed
