Ship it!


I'm taking the authoritative decision to ship this over Lasath's patches. Mostly because Apol is the more active maintainer.
Lasath, if we encounter a problem yours solves and this doesn't we can ship yours then. Till then this is much simpler.

@Apol. You still need to document that for() statement more before shipping. I also want the existing QueueManager removed. No point having two solutions lying about we can always restore it from git.
