If the application was supposed to be closed only from the close button
on the windeco, then KApplication shouldn't have the dbus method quit()...

Since iirc the presence applet is no longer configurable to start the
account manager (or not to run anything) on click, I see no reason not
to do it. It is consistent with what any application with a tray icon
does, and, even if the plasmoid is not the contact list tray icon, we
are already faking that, so this is what the user expects.

Moreover the contact list has no data that can be lost or that is not
restored when you restart it (perhaps just the filter string, that
eventually shouldn't be hard to restore), so there is no danger in
closing it anytime.
