About calls with skype

Calls inside the call-ui is not a viable option. Outside code
difficulties, there's legal ramifications. The decent proper Skype API
is not freely distributable or even free of cost.

As for loading up skype, potentially do-able with hacks. If you think
it's easy; find us links to the DBus API, highlight the relevant
sections, document anything relevant and report back.

We certainly have no official plans, the way the skype-telepathy stuff
currently works is a horrible mess.
