New agenda item (vote) 2:

* Should we just disable Skype as we did with IRC?

That pidgin-skype backend is limited at best and we cannot provide proper
support for skype, nor be bothered to fix pidgin-skype (including Ubuntu's
packaging).

I would personally just love to see it go until there's a proper Skype
support.

I can prepare a summary of how well the Skype works in KTp, what does not
work etc.
