Set Connects Automatically on all accounts

Can people _please_ test this:

I want to know, if you have "set connects automatically" disabled and you
disconnect then reconnect to the network, do your accounts reconnect?

I don't think it does, xerdomii does.  We've both tested it and got
different results. We both have MC with the NM plugin.

It is currently blocking a whole patch and other potential bug fixes.

Report back on the bug itself.
