Feature freeze is on

Hi everybody,

just a short note to let you know, we're in feature freeze now, so please
hold any new features until we branch the code for 0.4 (~3 weeks).

Please now go over all strings and see if anything needs change, we'll have
a string freeze next week, so that translators can get their hands on it.

Here's the rest of the schedule:

11th May - String freeze
25th May - Hard freeze, hard-testing period starts
1st June - Release
