It's a packaging bug in telepathy-mission-control-5 that provides a apparmor profile. No Gnomie sees it as some other app always makes this cache directory first. Reported upstream here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/telepathy-mission-control-5/+bug/939126
