Message Filter Version Numbers

Hey,

I started ditching the sketchy hardcoded message filters in the
text-ui and making proper plugins. However, this created a little
dilemma as each plugin now has a service file, and service files
require version numbers.

So, I can give them version numbers of 0.4 (to match with KTp), or 0.1
(because they've just started). How should I proceed?
