I don't want to ship 0.5 with all those filters enabled and no way of switching 
them off. So my priority now is to make a KCM (or something) that allows the 
user to configure them.

If 0.5 is going to be a polish/stablility release, then I'll only have the 
stable and non-intrusive filters enabled by default. (I like the idea of only 
going nuts in every second release).
