A concrete plan for next tp-qt releases

Greetings my friends,

follows a concrete plan and schedule for the next tp-qt releases.

0.9.3 (planned 13th July):

0.9.3 will contain some fixes and high-level bindings for ClientTypes.
Deprecation of Farsight and StreamedMediaChan. Also, delegate channels
will be implemented.

0.9.4 (planned 17th August):

We'll try to have Authentication channel ready by then.

0.10 (planned 19th October)

* Removal of deprecated stuff
* Try to achieve the split Daniele proposed.


In the future, we'll have a 6-months cycle for major releases and a
monthly cycle for minor releases.
