Dealing with the annoying scrolling bug in the chat plasmoid

For some wierd reason, it does solve it if I remove the ScrollBar completely. 
I honestly have no idea why, but the moment the ScrollBar isn't commented out, 
it stops scrolling all the way to the end :S
