0.3 - done. Time for 0.4!

Hey everyone,

0.3 is tagged, packaged, uploaded and available for download. Huge thanks
to all developers, testers, bug reporters, packagers, translators,
sysadmins and everyone who participated on this rocking release. I think we
did really an awesome one. Thank all of you.

I'd like to also give big thanks and recognition to our newest dev -
Dominik Cermak (xerdomii), who fixed enormous amount of issues for this
release and according to my local git stats is the "Developer of the
month"! Congrats and I hope you'll stay with us for the time coming :)

With 0.3 done, we can start working on new features for 0.4. Yep, master is
now open again. Merge ALL the stuff!! Next release is scheduled around
April, so plenty of time to do lots of cool things so...
