Let's say mck sends me a patch and I want to move it from the Downloads
directory to another folder, in order to apply it... :)
Or for a more generic use someone sends me a document that I should store
somewhere (not just read or edit)
Allow to open dolphin instead at the download directory of just allowing to
open the file can help, and moreover most of the im clients do that...
