Release announcement

Oh yeah, it's that time of the year again. I've set up an etherpad at [1],
so if everyone could write few words, that'd be great.

Release date is in two weeks - 25th January, same as KDE 4.8.

So get crackin'!

PS: I would mark this release as a first beta, which given our move to
extragear makes more sense, do you agree?
